My wife who has always had long beautiful red hair went in to get 5 or 6 inches cut off because her hair was past her butt. They cut 14 inches off and we're both furious! Her hair was what I fell in love with the moment I seen her and now it's all gone. Not everyone's to blame it was Randi that did it.

Horrible cusromer service. Told me to come back at certain time. When i arrived a few mins early they told me 3 people ahead of me and didnt think i ve back. Dont answer phones if have one. I believe discriminatory to me. I heard they were good.

It was wonderful i was down on a business trip to ponca city and needed my hair done and i did a google search and Genesis salon was top rated so i went there they got me right in and at a great price Marlene did and awesome job o will definitely be back when down on business.
