I live in the area and had an appointment at 10am today. I walked to the salon and at 10am the gates were down. I waited until 10:03 and they were still closed so I walked back home. About 30 minutes later I walk back to the salon only to be told sorry we opened at 10:05 and they did not service me. The woman I spoke with mentioned they had 2 other clients with appointments and did not even offer to reschedule me for later today or even tomorrow. Simply said " No sorry". I guess I am at fault for showing up at my appointment time and not standing outside in 30 degree weather until they opened which was LATE!!! Poor business practice. I will not be returning this salon.
