Overall, Flirty Girl needs to hire techs with better skill and customer service. You all interchange techs too much and that doesn’t show commitment. The website isn’t updated either. I came to the Plano location because I originally wanted Marlo, but she didn't show any openings online. Had I known she was at a different location, I wouldn't have booked Plano. McCall barely said 2 words to me at my appt and I was a potential new client for her...she didn't give me a spool and when I was done, she handed me the mirror and said "This is what I was able to do.", after I had already told her about the retention on my right eye and more lashes were missing. No “Thank you for patronizing Flirty Girl”, no suggestions, no follow up care, nothing.

I booked an appointment yesterday morning for today at 10am, they clearly state that if your 10 min late to your appointment that you will be charged a fee so I made sure to be there five minutes early. The lady at the front desk said she didn't know where the stylist was that was supposed to do my lashes and that she couldn't get in contact with her. About 35 min went by and she said would you like to reschedule because the stylist that's supposed to be doing your lashes will be too late to even do your lashes and won't have time to finish. I told her I booked this appointment for today because its the only day that works for me and I asked if there was anyone else that could do my lashes and she said they were booked for the rest of the day. If they knew she was going to be late they should've told me before I drove 30 plus minutes just to get turned away and sit there for another 35 min just to be told the stylist was late and couldn't do my lashes. She rescheduled my appointment but I decided to cancel because I didn't want to waste my time once again. This was so unprofessional and it's like they didn't even care . The lady at the front desk tried her best to fix the situation but she didn't really have any answers to my questions all she could say was sorry.

I received a text message confirming my appointment Saturday, and when I got there on Sunday at the Legacy location nobody was there.
I called today to reschedule my appointment and they guy who answered my call was extremely rude, he stated it was my fault for not answering their phone calls, because they tried to call to let me know, he kept on interrupting me, not even listing.. then he hang up on me, HORRIBLE ATTITUDE he shouldn't be there taking care of customers. I called back to try to talk to a manager before posting this review, but he keep hanging up or sending me to voicemail everytime i called back. Giving up on this business. I wish they have someone better who knows how to handle customers.

They called the day before my appointment to try to get me to come in earlier. Said the technician was trying to fill a gap in her schedule. I let them know I wasn't able to come any earlier and would keep my scheduled time. The called again the morning of my appointment advising they were cancelling my appointment because the technician would not be in. There was no apology, no offer to assign to another person. Very unprofessional, nonchalant tone. Have been a client for about a year. Will not be returning

McCall is absolutely amazing! I wanted my lashes done for my maternity shoot and she did not disappoint! The first thing I noticed about her work station was how clean and organized it was, the second thing was how amazing her own lashes were. It gave me the reassurance I needed because if she can do something this hard on herself, then she’s able to work magic on me. She made me feel very calm. When it was all done I almost started crying. She let me know how to maintain my new lashes, suggested some products, and suggested when I should come back.
Go to McCall! She the best! Five stars isn’t enough!
