Their quality of work is some of the best in Peoria but their customer service is terrible. The owner is completely unfocused. The phone rings off the hook all day and the owner will take the calls while doing nails. She will even take personal phone calls and put her cell phone on speaker. There is also no peaceful music or TVs on for entertainment.
They really need a receptionist to answer phones and direct customers, rather than the owner doing everything herself.
They also need to adopt better sanitation practices. Each employee has their own bag of supplies that they reuse on customers. There is a small sanitizing machine in the back that I’ve never seen used.
Despite all of this I’ll keep coming here because this is one of the only salons that knows how to do a dip manicure properly.

This place used to be the best place to get my nails done. I would drive over 30 minutes to go here. Over the last month they have been doing my nails horribly. The owner had to try and fix what this 18 year old looking girl did. It took over one hour to do a dip because the girl was so slow and had no clue what she was doing. Spilling the powder all over and I literally walked out with powder on my skin and they said it will come off after you wash your hands a couple times and pushed me out the door. I will not be back and anyone that goes here better be careful that the person doing their nails are qualified to do so. I would bet that only a few have a license.

Horrible service!!!
I waited over an hour for service! Instead of the owner saying they are too busy and people should come back, she had people go sit in the pedicure chairs and wait. She moved me to the pedicure chair and it was then that I realized that there were about 15 people waiting ahead of me. I left and returned the next morning and was the first person to walk through the door. She thanked me for returning but I didn’t leave for another two hours. You would think she would have worked hard to get me out of there fast! The problem is that she uses favoritism and takes frequent or familiar customers first. Two ladies walked in after me, received the same service as me and left before me.
It’s as if they need a manager who does not work on nails to better manage the shop and it’s logistics.
Nails look nice and neat but not worth the hassle.

They are always very nice and pleasant. And I always love my nails.

There's never a long wait for walk-ins. I always have someone different for pedicures, and they all do a fantastic job.
