My husband bought me a gift certificate for a manicure and a pedicure and I put it away to save for a special occasion. I pulled it out today and noticed that it had an expiration date of May 2017 (I honestly just didn't notice it as most gift certificates and cards from stores do not expire). I went in to see if they would still honor it and was told NO, and was yelled at quite rudely. Tammy kept insisting that she kept telling me that I had to use it (I work nearby), however, she has no idea who my husband is, so she would not know that he bought a gift certificate for me (she was just asking me to come in - drumming up business). I have been a customer since before 2010, whenever I have needed pedicures, manicures and eyebrow waxing and have always tipped generously (my favorite girl left quite awhile ago). Because of a more recent job change, I go less frequently. I have referred many people and most recently dropped off some out of town guests. She took our money and now tough luck for me. By the way, there was not one single customer in their salon when I stopped in, so squeezing me in was not an issue. Not how most stores treat their customers. I will now be a loyal customer of Gem nails in Winton Place (I had a bridal party session there over the summer), where the customer's money and referrals mean something and quality was excellent.

I love this salon! Staff are very friendly n professional. The salon is clean n newly remodeled. They make me feel so welcome an at home. There waxing service and manicure n pedicure are so refreshing n fabulous. I been a customer a long time! My sister enjoy them as well. Keep up the great work guys!

The women were very nice to me and i didnt have pricing issues. But the man who did my nails painted out "is this okay" with one of the nails he did and it was clearly crooked. I told him so but the other nail was so perfect! so he just kept going and didnt fix it. so i asked him to redo it. instead e adds more gell which did nothing and then he made my other nail on the other hand the same to match. i was sick and annoyed so i just gave a small tip and left.
