My pedicure was rushed. My main goal for going was to remove calluses and they didn't even try. My toenail polish looks terrible and most of my toes are only half covered. They made me walk across the dirty floor barefoot to get to the manicure table. When I told them (repeatedly) that I didn't want my cuticles trimmed, two of them rolled their eyes and started talking in what seemed like a derogatory manner in Vietnamese. My manicure tech had to remove the polish and start over 3x - I honestly don't know why. It ended up super thick on some nails and barely there on others. No polish on the edges. He got it all over my hands and didn't even try to remove it. I went with a friend and she ended up bleeding on half her cuticles, with the wrong shape for her acrylics (she told her tech several times - it was like he just really did not care), and had large chunks taken out of the skin to the sides of her nails from the dremel. Plus the whole place needed deep cleaned and reeked of incense. Never going back.

They do a great job, but they charge me differently for the same service every time I go in.
