My daughter has been patronizing this particular place since March,2018.For the first time on, June 23,2018, I went with her. Upon entering the place it was very clean and orderly. My daughter was there to get a fill-in, myself a full set. The lady that sat in the front , on the right side of the entry way greeted us, sternly, not friendly.
My daughter told her what we wanted. She directed us to sit at the second table on the left side of the entry way.The Nail Tech told my daughter that I would go first, since I was getting a full set. Long story short, after she finished with me I was instructed to go to the back to sit at a table so my nails could dry. After my nails were dry I went to the front, and my daughter was looking very sad. I asked her,"what's wrong"?.She looked at me and said, "look at my finger, it has nail fungus". Her Finger was a dark greenish color with with yellow tones. They didn't
offer her any consolation ,no apology, didn't even take responsibility for
the nail fungus. In fact, the Lady that sat in the front on the right side of the entry way,told my daughter this," If you had taken care of your nails this wouldn't have happen". I sat next to my daughter took out my phone
and researched "Nail Fungus",I went to look for the nail board at the front display and noticed there were pink boxes inside the display that said "NAIL FUNGUS KILLER". I told my daughter and she became upset and said to the Nail Tech, "Why didn't you offer that to me"?. The nail tech said something in her foreign language,and the lady at the front said,"$8.00".
After further research on nail fungus ,while I was still there with my daughter,I read, nail fungus is the result of an inexperience NAIL TECH.
My daughter paid for our services and told them we will never patronized
Pro Nails again, at any location.

They didn’t open up on time . I went to a different nail salon down the street to be serviced
