I've been here 3 times for a keratine treatment and I DO like their service and products. The owner doesn't know me personally and he's always willing to find a place for me. The keratin they use is so good that my long hair is still shine and strong after going into the ocean every week. Today I trimmed my ends and the lady respected my length and performance a professional job.

I’ve always had a good experience there. The staff is friendly, & polite. When I read many of the reviews I was surprised but after seeing how potential customers treat the staff I’m not. Many, MANY people who come in are rude & self centered, and become mad when there isn’t an opening for them at that very moment. If you are a normal person with manners you’ll see that the staff will treat you great and do an excellent job. And they are polite to the rude ones, which says a lot about their customer service.

Decent job on full highlights but the keratin treatment left me frizzy after I washed my hair a week later. When I called the manager Leo told me he could do nothing for me since it was passed 2-3 days. He was very dismissive and offered NO resolution, keep in mind I paid over $300 out of pocket, no groupon. Aside from that I like the highlights but will not be returning again. You're better off searching for a place who has better customer service and quality assurance.

If I can give 0 start I will.... I went for a keratin and had to come back two days later because it was horrible!!! And no straight at all!!! My hair has lost shine!!! Horrible costumer service, unprofessional staff! Oh! Also, they told me they didnt My hair well because they were taking care of another costumer because she was very rude and picky (off course without app)

Love this place, been coming to the salon even before they move to this location, the owner was so friendly and lady is the best. A most come for all of your beauty needs
