I went in to this nail salon with hopes of a gel manicure and a regular French tip pedicure. The pedicure went fine as expected, but the gel manicure was not as expected. I asked for matte black which she said she could do. As my nails finished drying there were white specks on them. When I asked her about it she ignored my question and when I asked again she did not fix it she just walked away. I didn’t want to make it a huge deal so I said thank you and left. As the day went on my nails began to have huge scratches all over them. I don’t know why... maybe it had to do with the matte black finish, but either way it looked terrible so I went back the next day and as soon as I walked in the woman in charge asked what I wanted and I simply told her I needed my nails fixed and that I was just in yesterday. I showed her my nails and she had me sit down so the same lady that did my nails in the first place could “fix” them. Well this is where I got really irritated. She looked at them and tried to take off the top coat in hopes that would fix the problem but the scratches were still very visible. I asked if she could just take the gel off and start over because they looked so bad and she again ignored my request. First of all that is TERRIBLE customer service and just plane rude. Second of all I’m a paying customer, and I feel like I was very nice and understanding upon the customer Service i had already received the day before. After she continued to try and paint over the gel that was already very thick and it made my nails look super uneven, I said for the THIRD time if she could please stop and take off the old gel. One of the other workers asked her something and then asked me to come sit at her station. She took off the gel and told me black wasn’t going to work on my nails because they were too short. I was very confused by this because my natural nails were pretty long and this was the dumbest thing I have ever herd, but I said ok can I have dark grey then and she stood up and didn’t answer me and continued to be very short with me until I left. I was completely shocked by the service at this place, and will never be going back and don’t recommend anyone getting there nails done here. There work is half ass and their service is terrible. My nails still look like the gel is way to thick and uneven. I hope anyone who takes the time to read this review tells their friends/family about this place.

Worst experience of my life. None of my nails look remotely the same, there are small air bubbles on every single nail, nail polish all over my hand, and last the guy had an attitude like he didn’t care. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Took Granddaugher to first manicure and polish. Nice visit . She had a good time choosing polish and all the designs. Thank you for making her birthday treat special.

I had my nails done in November by Kathy. I am allergic to gel and so she did something very special for me, Instead of a topcoat she put this wax on them and buffed them shiny. They were beautiful. The only problem is she went on vacation and then quit. I don't know where she is working and would love to find her. Nobody else seems to know what the product she used was. Please leave me a message if anyone knows where she is working. Thanks

Vy is a good work she never give up and Chi Ellen is good even she new.Hang is a good work and never give for 12 years
