Don't know about service because I never actually got my nails done. Online shows they open at 9:00am but drove over, the door was open But once inside nobody was there. Once someone came out of the back he said they didn't open until 12. Should probably update hours so people don't waste their time.

The lady rushed my nails. She did a horrible job. This is my 2nd week with them and they already chipping. I did the dip nails. Normally my nails last a whole month without any chipping. I won't come back to this place.

They messed up my nails by mix matching sizes on my fingers maki g my pinky and first fingers two diffrent sizes, made one nail crooked and after 4 days the thumb is coming apart and dirty is getting between the acrylic and plastic tip. When i showed her, she not only refused to fix my nails she said it was my fault that i had tried to take them apart. Why would i do that? I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy, I will never come back!!!!

I will not be back. My sisters acrylics were done so thin that you could see the tips through the acrylic and they were still rough, even after she asked them to fix the 2 nails they wouldn't because they wanted to get to the next person. There was acrylic left all over both of our fingers. We will have to fix that ourselves. And my pedicure, they did not use sterilized tools, as far as I saw. The place I always go wasn't open today, but always they pull the tools out of a sterilized tool bag. Not at star. I wish I would have just waited a day to go to my normal salon. My sister has a wedding to go to next weekend that's why she wanted to get her nails done, and I guarantee at least 2 of her nails will not be on her finger by then, probably won't last 4 days. This was a waste of money and time.
