They are always amazing. I visit sporadically throughout the year depending on my needs and they never disappoint. The male nail techs as well as the women are A1. Hands down. They are consistent whether I come every 2 weeks or every few months. They are in close proximity to my job and it's very important to me that they are also reliable, affordable, and so a good job. It's one thing to have them as a convenience but it's another for them to exceed your expectations as well. Thank you BT Nails for your superb customer service, friendliness, affordability, and skill. In your industry as you are well aware, consistency is a delicacy.

Hung is the only nail technician I go to. It's nice to have one person who not only remembers me, but my likes and dislikes. Excellent job on my pedicures and gel manicures every time.

My mom and I were in the area and looking to get pedicures on a sunny Saturday afternoon (aka, the worst time to decide you want to get a pedicure, because so does everyone else), we chose BT Nails because they had the highest rating. And man were we disappointed. The quality of the pedicure is terrible, she was left with nail polish on her toes and the man giving her pedi only trimmed the nails on one foot. Both of our pedicutis' got up and worked on other individuals numerous times during the hour stretch of being there - which doesn't seem sanitary, and would come back having completely forgotten what step they were at. Our feet look and feel nothing like we had a pedicure, the only difference is that my toes are now orange instead of bare, they didn't take the previous color off fully before beginning the process either. I want to blame it on them being busy and would caution anyone who steps in while they are having a rush.

Left very disappointed today after sitting for over 50 minutes with our feet in water that had turned cold for an appointment I had scheduled. I told the staff when we arrived we were her for our appointment I had scheduled and we were instructed to sign in. It’s very frustrating to have sat there for that long since it’s advertised that appointments are welcome. Wish appointment times would be honored within a reasonable amount of time. I had been here a few times in the past and had a wonderful experience but had always walked in versus making an appointment. My mom from out of town and I had looked forward to a pedicure together here since we don’t get to do them very often anymore because of distance.

SUPER accommodating when I ran in for a quick fill on my lunch break. In and out in 20 mins, highly recommend.
