The search for a nail salon near work continues. My friend and I decided to try this place based off of the glowing reviews. We called before hand to let them know we were looking to arrive in 30 minutes on my lunch break to get 2 pedicures, 1 full set, and 1 color change. They told her that they could accommodate us with no issues. We arrived at the time we started and had to stand around waiting for 15 minutes out of my 1 hour break. They took us back to sit and started to work on our pedicures. They knew I needed a full set done and I was on a time limit. But no one came to start working on my hands. I wasn't able to get my hands done and my pedicure was nothing special. Since my friend drove all the way out to get our nails done together. She decided to leave after her pedicure, rather than stay alone. When we went to go pay they told us $30 each for a basic pedicure with regular polish. I inquired how much a full set with gel polish would be. And was told $45. For $15 more, I could have a whole set of fake nails and gel polish? That's absurd. I definitely wont be returning.

BEST PLACE EVER !! They were super friendly! They have complimentary drinks(including delicious wine) but they also made me feel relaxed ! I went to Avalon nails (horrible place) for 2 years straight and all they cared about was money. They ruined my nails and were not friendly AT ALL . So I found Elite Nails and my God , when I tell you this is the best my nails have EVER looked - I mean it 100% !! Elite nails have the most color options I've ever seen!! They even have the gold flakes for you younger girls like myself its all over instagram and this place is the ONLY place that has every color / design you can think of ! They exceeded my expectations !! I will be going here every three weeks from now on !! Such a beautiful atmosphere also. I'm so satisfied !! I never write reviews but Elite nails did such an amazing job , I just HAD to !!

My favorite place to get my nails done, this is the only place o honestly trust. The owner is so nice, she always remembers her returning clients, and her brother is so funny. Everyone working there is very skilled in what they do. I live far away but whenever I get my nails done I always come here

I have been visiting the salon since December 2017. What originally attracted me to the salon was the cleanliness, friendly techs (at least that was the initial impression), and the variety in services. I will say that they are good at what they do; however, visit after visit I learned something about them: they are selective about how they interact with certain clients. I am aware that we live in a sensitive world where people have many different views but this is my experience and I have sufficient evidence to support it. I noticed that minority clients are treated differently from their white clients. The interactions were different and sometimes even rude through the manners of the nail tech. I think that the wife and husband owners are kind but the nail techs are gossipy and rude towards others who are kind of like them but not. I am usually head on reading people and I can not return to this salon. I was asked if I had a mixed background with asian heritage and it seems as though I was given the sideeye ever since. This may not be the case for every minority client but this salon really needs to watch how the technicians act. Everyone deserves to be treated equally. Some clients are more chatty but others may be reserved. This is all fine but to be rude to a returning customer who has never given anyone a hard time and extremely mild-mannered is messed up. They just lost another client.
