UNSANITARY, VERY DIRTY, HUGE LANGUAGE BARRIER
THEY DO NOT USE A BAG TO AVOID FUNGUS FROM SPREADING IN PEDICURE TUBS, ALL TOOLS USED FOR MY FEET AND HANDS WERE FILTHY AND LOOKED USED, THE PEDICURE CHAIR DOES NOT MASSAGE WHILE YOU SIT AND IS HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. I ASKED FOR THE LOWER PRICE PEDICURE AND THEY IGNORED ME AND CHARGED ME FOR THE MORE EXPENSIVE PEDICURE, I GOT A FULL SET OF GEL NAILS THEY PUT THE WRONG COLOR ON SO WHEN I HAD ASKED TO PUT THE CORRECT COLOR THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR COLOR CHANGE ON THE SAME DAY. ALMOST ONE WEEK LATER MORE THAN 4 NAILS POPPED OFF 'WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY' I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, ITS EXPENSIVE AND THEY ARE NOT CLEAN AT ALL!

Here is the thing. Dee is very friendly but not to good at nails. Everytime I get my nails done they lift 2 days later the gel and acrylic is always lumpy and on my cuticles I just got my nails done on 03/30/2018 and I have two nails off already and it's on 4/3/2018. And all my nails are lifting. I have never in my 20 years of getting my nails done have I had a problem with hang nails/ingrown nails and fungus. I don't drive so I go here but after this last set I will be looking for another nail salon. I don't like my cuticles always getting cut with their filing thing. I have never had such bad experience in my 20 years of getting my nails done. Then to top it off they don't know how to do designs.

My friend and I went in for a full set and a fill. My friend went to pay and the two employees charged her $10.- more than their advertised prices. And they left the nails very thick and it hasnt even been a week and my full set chipped on the side. They usr tobe good, but that was not thr case this time.

The man who did my nails kept trying to sell me gel nail polish after I told him time and time again I didn’t want it. He was trying to pressure me into paying for more. Furthermore, they messed up my best friend’s nails: the nail polish wrinkles up, two of her fake nails broke off before a week had passed, the fake nails were made so thin she wanted to trim the others as a precautionary measure but they nickel and dimed her, the nail polish was put on so thin you could see through the nail, and when she wanted to do a different color to prevent the same issues they tried to charge her extra again. They had horrible customer service and poor attitudes.
TL;DR- Do yourself a favor: don’t come here.
