The nail tech was kind and efficient. She made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back even though I don't live in the area. It was a great shop.

I came in with my friend right before our vacation to get a simple pedicure. There were two people working and one of the workers was already doing another persons nails, however, the other told us to go sit down in the chairs to get our pedicures. She was filling the water for me, while my friend was sitting without any water. Instead of putting my feet in while the water was filling, she cut and filed my nails (there were hard as any other nail would be) and it was kind of painful and felt very uncomfortable. Any other nail place that I have ever been to has me soak my nails before they start doing anything with them. My friend had her feet out while she was cutting and filing for a good 5 minutes (you would think they would have filled water for both of us and let them soak for 5 minutes and maybe wait for the other lady to finish up with her previous client. My water was anything but warm. I was sitting for 10 minutes and it was ice cold. I tried not to let that discourage me and I actually started to feel bad about complaining and was going to forget it happened. Later that night I started my vacation and I checked my toes the next morning and they were CHIPPED. I never in my life had my nails chip quicker than they did after this pedicure. My nail polish on my toes last 3 weeks before any change (yes- with regular polish no gel). Needless to say, I will never go back to this place..

I meet my girlfriend there. Looks nice but they do very poor work. And what was up with the Nats flying all over? Definitely do NOT recommend this place
