My sisters and I had appointments, but after waiting 45 minutes we left. They called and apologized, offering half of if we’d try them again. We scheduled another appointment, but ended up having to cancel it (hours ahead of time). When we tried to schedule again, they said that since we had cancelled our last one they’d only give us 40% off now. Huh? When we tried to argue, they put the blame on us and said now they don’t do appointments anymore because of us. They also said they don’t make any money with 50% off. How is that our fault?! Don’t offer discounts you can’t honor, and don’t schedule appointments if you can’t keep them!

I love this place. I drive close to 2 hours to have Wendy take care of my family and myself. I’m a crazy mother of 3. I do all my own Home repairs and take care of other properties needless to say my hands work hard... my nails last for weeks. If you read this make sure and tell her I sent you.

Today was my second visit and my experience was far worse. The service depends upon who you get. Compared to other salons, this one is a C. The older guy is not good at all. Dont expect them to scrub your heels or massage your feet. For the price, you'd be better served at another salon. There were 5 of us and none of us were happy with our pedicures.

I'm writing this review in hopes of saving someone else from wasting money. I went here for an acrylic set yesterday and upon walking in noticed that this shop smelt like day old nasty food. It wasn't very clean. The woman who did my nails pushed so hard and took so much of my natural nail off that the nail BED BLED! She asked me five times before picking out the color if I wanted gel, after picking out the color and giving it to her she asked me 10 times if I wanted gel polish. I told her no continually and she continued to try and upsell me. Besides the store being disgusting, the lady did a terrible job on my nails. When I went to pay they mentioned there's an extra charge for using a credit card and the lady handed me the recipe to sign and watched me as I wrote her tip. It was so incredibly awkward. I will not be going back!

I have gone to this location twice now and both times been surprised by the lack of class and tact. The first time they cut my finger and I brushed it off because accidents happen! I came again hoping to have a better experience but was disappointed when I got the same lady. This time she got up multiple times, talked on the phone while working on me, and didn’t massage one of my legs( even though I paid extra for a more extensive massage). I asked her if she could rub my leg because she must have forgotten and she was extremely rude. She started talking badly to me and about me to other customers and employees and started rubbing my leg aggressively and slamming her tools around.
Despite her employees lack of professionalism I have the highest of praises for the owner or manager of the establishment. She asked how my experience was and I mentioned that it made me uncomfortable to be talked badly about and treated disrespectfully. She was courteous and apologetic and gave me a discount for the next time I come in. I appreciated that she addressed it directly and felt bad but would still not recommend this place or plan on going back.
