The staffs are super nice! And I still couldn’t believe you could get a gel manicure in manhattan for $30. I would defiantly visit again :)

They actually deserve no stars as I do not recommend this place. The manicure and pedicure was a rushed job with no massage. After a few days I developed a pain under my nail bed. Again I do not recommend this place.

Worst manicure I have ever had. Super rude. Speaking loudly in Chinese to her colleagues the whole time. Pretty much ignored me. Manicure was Quick and careless. Smudged and messy. Very jarring. At one point I just took the nail polish and had to finish a couple nails myself. The 'manicurist' couldn't be bothered to help as she couldn't wait to resume the video game she was mindlessly playing on her phone. Awful atmosphere here. She also asked for a tip before she painted them. Big mistake to offer one as she did a horrible job. They are already chipped and smudged one hour later and she got a lot of nail polish on my skin. The worst!!!

I give them 5 stars not because the place is super fancy but because I have gone to every other nail salon in New York City and their gel actually LASTS A MONTH, no chip, no rips. I was running around the city wasting my money at these other places. Rich nails has enough colors to choose from, the mani pedi is exactly as it should be, they give a good scrub they take the proper care to clean you up. They can get busy depending when you go, tops I’ve ever waited was 15 minutes and like I said, They’re well worth it. Also, they’re QUICK but not too quick where you feel you didn’t get your money’s worth. It’s really the whole package. I go once a month and only Bc my nails grew out, the polish still looks as good as day 1! Gel pedi is $40 and the girls are nice. THANK YOU RICH NAILS!!
