I literally left crying. I have never seen such flustered, rude individuals. Things have certainly changed. They used to treat my mom with kindness. Last night she was bullied by three workers until I had to step in. She is 83 years old. My service was rushed and the technician just wasn’t nice…never is…cut my daughter’s heel during a pedicure…didn’t even apologize.
I put my nails to set in a machine that had another person’s cut nails laying on top of the machine. The place is not clean. I have supported this business, along with my family…so disappointed. We will never go back.

Had an appointment at 5 they took 3 walks ins before me so I didn’t start until after 6. When putting on the tips they were all crooked I told her and she took them off and re did them and they were still very crooked so I told her again after we did this 4 times. I told her I’m not paying $75 for my nails if the were going to be crooked. So I took the tips off and left. My Bestfriend also got her nails done there was acrylic and nail polish all over her skin and she paid $60. I know people who just started doing nails a month ago who does better.

Went to get my sns nails soaked off and my tech literally just ripped them off my nails. Apparently they dont soak them off unless you're getting a new set. Two of my real nails tore behind the quick. Very dissatisfied.

What an awful experience… “mean girl” pedicure lasted only 15 min, no soaking time before she rudely cuts my heels w the file, no cuticle care and poor paint job. Their newest employee gave me the worst pedicure of my life. Left bleeding and unsatisfied. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for a pedicure.

Mr Lee is the best I have heard but I have used 2 different techs and after my gel manicure on my natural nails. My nails broke and polish chipped 2 days filling that. Also I paid for a pedi and she drilled the gel polish off and immediately started polishing. No foot soak. No cuticle care.
