I kept calling to make an appointment. I left several messages. No one has called me back. So I went up to the salon after work. It was locked up tight at 4:00 when the hour say they are open until 8. I think maybe they have closed down??

Amy is awesome~but is now at Studio Bliss in Mentor!! Whenever I can get to Ohio I stop in and have her do my hair. She listens to what you want, will make suggestions if you want her to and is so peofessional at what she does! Always satisfied!

No offense to the girl who did my hair. But, I know my hair my hair is long. I explained that I needed 2 boxes used for my hair. She didn't listen, she didn't saturate well enough usually other places spend 20 sec on each curler but she only spent less than 10 sec. Then after she was rinsing I asked if it took she told me it did. But when we sat at her station and she took the towel of my head there were no curls at all. I have natural curls but just wanted it curlier. My hair ended up looking straight. Although they didn't charge me but I don't think I want to go back. Just really disappointed I waited a long time for this.

The workers here are very nice and polite, but the nails aren't that good. I got acrylics and they looked very nice at first but they didn't stay on for more then 1 week each time I got them on. Once they stay on for only a day. They chipped fast too.
