Went to Lovely Nails around 4ish today. No customers were in at the time. Got a Mani and Pedi. They did a great job! I was a bit nervous going in at first because I read a bunch of bad reviews before hand. During the manicure a lady was doing my real nails and started to file them a bit wrong. Kenny stepped in and took over and finished the hand as well as the other. He did a great job! I wasn't upset because they weren't all that bad from what she did. He stopped her before it really became a problem. Yay Kenny! Never had too bad of an experience here. I used to go in all the time. Been a long time since but was glad to see Kenny still there. Plus he's easy to understand. Unfortunately it sucks when I can't understand them. But it is what it is...lol.

Poor service. Ugly attitudes. They don't deserve tips. Ken likes to rip you off & then acts as though he can't understand English when you expose his scheme. DON'T GO!!

I would not recommend this salon, I normally go to lavish beauty lounge and always have a great experience there, however it is quite pricey so I decided to try somewhere a bit cheaper and ended up at lovely nails. Well I got what I paid for, the workers weren't very friendly and she was very rough and didn't take her time at all. My gel manicure was very sloppy and not near the quality of what I am used to at lavish. That is what I get for being cheap. Back to lavish I go.

Just moved to the area and didn't know any better!!
Gel manicure chipped off my nails the next day and my pedicure didn't last a week!!!

worst nail salon ive ever been to. deserves 0 stars. women were nasty and mean and it hurt so bad to take acrylics off. you're supposed to soak them, not just rip them off. my nails were bleeding. they charged me 40 for a full set when they said 30 also, they charged me the extra 10 for a design that i didnt want or adk for
