Worst customer services ever! Ocean doesn’t know how to treat his customers. I am a new customer recommend by platinum where my daughter works. Go all the way from Huntington to be treated horribly..

If i could give half a star I would. I have been coming her since I was 16 and I am now 21. I just left from getting my nails done and spent $100 and my husband spent another $10 on getting a pedicure and our nails done. As I leave the owner runs down on me to tip. Out of all the years I have been there, there are times whereI dont tip contingent on how the service was and today I didn't like the service I received so I decided not to tip. The times thatI have tip I give great tips. My nails and toes cost 55 and i tip $20 so to run down on me for a tip is ridiculous. All he cares about is money and not his loyal clients. I work in customer service and that is not how you do business. It was already an issue where my nails were messed up because of their nail tech and i still had to pay. Never again will I be back. There are other places where it is cheaper and better service I decided to stick here because I have been loyal. I will never come back to this place again and i will be making my two week appointment with another place.

I always get my nails done there with zero problems. The young gentleman usually does my nails. One day that lady, too bad I forgot her name, screw up my nails, was rude and I complained for the very first time. The owner didn’t seem to give a ... he actually told me there was nothing wrong with my nails. Bad customer service!
The only time you’ll get good service is if you’re happy with whatever work is done to your nails by the unprofessional workers. The only A+ is the young gentleman, sorry I forgot his name as well. Although, I’ll miss having him do my nails, I’ll never go back there again!

Friendly staff and appointments are always prompt. Ocean does the best SNS nails I’ve ever seen!
