Kristin from Salon KG is AMAZING!!! She's done my makeup before for a few different events so I already knew she was the best. However, my makeup on our wedding day blew me away and surpassed my great expectations. It was absolutely perfect. At the trial we went a little simple because she knows me and she knows I don't wear a lot of makeup. After the trial I realized I wanted to go a bit more dramatic and she nailed the look I was going for. She also did a fantastic job with my bridesmaids and my mom. I have never seen my mother look so beautiful before, I almost cried when I saw her. Everything was done in a timely matter with time to spare. The timeline she made for us was perfect and everyone was finished with plenty of time for touch ups way before we had to leave for the first look. Not only is she talented, but she's a blast to be around. I was so nervous the whole morning until she started doing my makeup. Her calming and sweet personality made my nerves go away. Thank you so much Kristin for being a part of our special day!

Salon KG did the makeup and hair for our wedding. Not only was the makeup amazing, the hair for the girls came out beautifully! Everyone in the party loved Kristin (who was there to personally do makeup) she made sure all the details were covered. Her product was AMAZING as I have sensitive skin and it worked perfectly! With just asking us a few questions during our meeting, she was able to capture our vision!! She is by far the best in the business!!! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!!!!

Kristin (The owner) did my makeup for a recent wedding I was in and I’m sorry but it was a terrible experience! First of all she was late and the makeup she used on me was cheap and had a lot of fall out when she applied it. For the money I paid I expected that she would at least use high end brands. After she was done, my face felt dry and patchy! As the wedding day went on my makeup started to melt because she did not use a setting spray to set my face. The eyelashes she applied fell off half way through the wedding!! I would definitely look into more then one makeup artist before you spend your money here!

After moving to RI 2 years ago from New Jersey, I went to Groupon to look for a new hair salon. Low and behold Salon KG popped up, and after looking at all the beautiful pictures, I knew I had to book an an appointment and I am so glad I did! I love to do funky colors in my hair, as well as just blonde highlights, and Molly has never let me down! Everyone is very friendly, and the salon is a cool converted old Victorian home which just adds to the wonderful ambiance! Prices are reasonable. Book an appointment now, you won't be disappointed! I sure wasn't!

Great place and top notch folks working there! Molly, Xiomara and Heather are very professional and always listen to their clients. I appreciate the ability to book appointments online.
