I come here often because the nails are never bad, but they have horrible customer service. You might as well clear your whole day if you expect to get your nails done here. 10/10 on consistently wasting my time.

It’s covid so things are different but I walked in after I received a gift card for Christmas with a list of prices. Me and my friends went in mind of having $15 manicures and a polish. That was the price listed. We walked out paying $86. They said. That’s the covid prices. Never again. $86 for 3 $15 manicure. A regular polish and 2 gel polish. Even $60 woulda been reasonable. Horrible

Best salon I’ve been to so far here. Very sweet and detailed people. The man who did my nails did perfect and really took his time to be neat which is hard to find these days. So pleased.

Kevin is my favorite nail technician in the Raleigh area! He always does an impeccable job and my nails last 3+ weeks without chipping or breakage.

I went here for my first manicure ever, and my boyfriend for his first pedicure. The nail tech used a dremel on my bare nails, which seemed to damage them and made my nails sore. I got the dip powder manicure and there ended up being little air bubbles in two of my nails. Also, on some of them the color isn't as close to the cuticle as on others, so it looks like some of my nails are out growing the color and I need a fill I or something. As for my boyfriend, he bled during his pedicure because they accidentally stabbed his toe while grooming the cuticles.
