Gillian did an AMAZING job with my first balayage. We talked about my hair goals and she helped me find products that will help me reach those goals. She was able to understand what I wanted with my style/cut (even with my not so understandable explanation) and exceeded my expectations!! I believe the price I paid was 100% a reflection of the look I received and I look forward to every appointment I have with her.

Where do I begin? I first discovered BLue over a decade ago and even then I was amazed at how much they had to offer as a salon! Will, the owner, has kept up amazingly with adding new and exciting features to the salon in the way of services and amenities and when you are there, you can tell their staff loves being there and that, in turn, rubs off on the clients. I was initially hooked by the mention of their live jazz performances on Saturdays but when I had the chance to see what Blue was really about, I was VERY impressed. In addition to a group of diversely talented stylists, they are also the home of JennK Boutique, where Jenn, the boutique owner, specializes in unique and standout clothing and accessories. Next door to the salon, BLue Vinyl features mid-century antiques, massage, skin and nail care services, and the barber lounge! I'll admit I took some years off from regularly getting my hair done at BLue due to unforeseen circumstances, though I recently returned as a regular client and am SO HAPPY—I decided to book with Autumn since I had seen her work on the salon’s social media pages and she is incredible!! Super friendly, very skilled, and I love the cut she gave me! My hair feels so good I can’t stop touching it!

I love coming to Blue to get my hair done! An old house transformed into a salon-It’s got such a cool vibe. And I always leave looking fabulous!

I work at Blue and the owner Will almost 30 years now .. It’s a joy to be here and my co-workers are wonderful people... I love my job
