Went to Panache to get my hair cut and bleached to blonde. Allison sprayed WATER on the bleach and claimed "this works great". Water STOPS the bleaching process!! How can you NOT KNOW THIS?! So needless to say my hair was almost the exact same color when I left as it was when I walked in, medium golden brown. And after specifically telling her NOT to cut my bangs she takes a razor to them! I honestly don't know HOW she has a degree in this field.

I’m only giving them one star because I had no choice. I will start by saying the front desk is a disaster. She snapped at me about when I asked how long the service would take, she is in “training” and she “doesn’t know everything yet”. I needed to know so my ride could pick me up. Then. Get there and it’s even worse, it took the waxer 40 minutes to do me. I was so uncomfortable, she wasn’t very friendly. Usually there is some talking or something during the service but not with this girl. I won’t be coming back. I had no idea that this place was so trashy.

Had my hair done on Saturday. Walked around Sunday and Monday with green mud colored hair (because they are closed those days). Went back on Tuesday to have it fixed and was charged $90. I asked why and was told, "Because all of the stylist didn't think it looked green." Wow. Shocked is an understatement. Wonder what other salons would do this.

Allyson Ayers is wonderful, I am always beyond satisfied when I leave Panache after each appointment. My hair is always beautiful. The customer service is wonderful from the time you walk in the door. Cole at the front desk is always friendly and polite as soon as I walk in! I love Panache!
