Worst Acrylic fill & eye brow waxing I have experienced. Two girls stood over me while waxing and yelled back and forth in an angry tone. Very unprofessional! It was horrible and I had to get my nails redone by another salon. I asked for a french manicure and within 24 hours it turned burnt yellow (this has never happened before). You could also see and feel ridges on the nail bed. It was such a bad experience I didn't even want to go back for them to fix it. Very pretty place but beware! I was genuinely disappointed as I just moved to the area and wanted to establish a new nail place. (ended up going to JT's in Cumberland... INCREDIBLE experience).

Terrible. Wish I could give the man who did my acrylics a ZERO.
I went here for a full set and a pedicure last week. The pedicure was good (which is why I am ok giving it 1 star)
I am VERY disappointed in the acrylic set I got. I could do a better job. The guy rushed through them as fast as he could, skipped MANY steps (including trimming my real nails, shaping underneath the acrylic and more), cut the hell out of my fingers with the drill, my fingers were cut into and raw from aggressive filing, was rough and jerking my hands around and they're not even. I just wanted out of there at that point because I was in pain. Only 1 week later and the polish is already rubbing off and exposing the acrylic. I will probably have to have these removed and redone properly at a real salon next week as they already feel like they are going to lift.
Don't waste your money here.

Got a peicure. My toes look great. I like the way the manicure stations are set up in a circle. The only thing I could complain about is there is not much communication between the staff and the customer. But overall good experience

Totally disappointed. Tried a salon closer to work and the lady I had sucked. Older woman. My dip nails bubbled. The way she did my nails was completely different than any other place I've gone. She drilled down in my natural nail and didnt get all the dip off before she started. The place is very clean and up to date, I'll give them that.

Used to frequent this nail salon. But always felt rushed and techs not friendly. Last gel manicure, the male tech kept touching my skin surrounding the nail be with the filing wand. Ouch!!! He thought it was funny. That was my last and final visit. My dollar will never cross their doorway again.
