I was actually disappointed with all the good reviews this place had. I read the wait was long so I showed up right when they opened and was seen immediately. They were friendly and welcoming. The lady that took care of me didn't say anything to me though, just pointed me where she wanted me to go. I don't expect full conversations, but basic customer service is appreciated. Also, she had me sit with my toes in a fan to dry. 10 minutes later I asked how long it would take and was answered by another employee with 'a long time.' I left with frozen toes after 45 minutes, and long after all the other customers I'd been sitting next to left. I felt forgotten and uncomfortable. As for the pedicure, the process was nice but the nail polish needed to be cleaned up around my nails when I got home and it looks like my young niece did it. I don't expect it to last very long with how it looks now. I can't say if this experience was just with the woman I got or not but I probably won't go back to find out. 2 stars because it was clean, relaxing, cheap, and the initial vibe was welcoming.

I have been going to nails USA for over 2 years with the original owners . The previous owners was nice there was personable they took hear of each client in a friendly way . The new owners are terrible , I'm a customer to come every 2 weeks faithfully and get a pedicure was a month. I am also a tipper , A pay for good customer service and that's what I expect . Call in advance in May to make appointment to get my nails done , I explained I needed my own nails soak off and to put on new nails . I sat at the table , My nail technician which was the owner put my hands in a metal bowl Put some solution in the bowl and started Giving someone a pedicure .After I sit there for 45 minutes I asked her where was she going start serving me . The answer was they had to soak off I asked her what she's gonna help them to soak off . She turned to me as she service someone else to say they are soaking off . I did not say another word I got up washed by my hands get my purse and I walked out I would never GO BACK TO USA NAILS AGAIN. I also Have advised my friends and family not to go there . Customer service is everything and to be treated like is Unacceptable.... Is no reason to be treated disrespectful.

I’ve gone to this salon for acrylic and shellac polish for the past two years. I loved Kelly and Amy they did a great job. They’re under new management and I will never go back after my experience yesterday. When I called to make an appointment they took forever to answer and we’re extremely unprofessional. The new manager does not stop talking about herself. It makes a relaxing experience very annoying to have a nail tech who just keeps talking about herself and how good she is at nails and on and on. Another woman did my nails and she treated my hands like dirt. She was very rough and did not take her time to get a decent shape and would not listen to anything I said. She would scrape polish off the edges of my fingers with her nails and was actually cutting and tearing my skin off in the process. When she applied the acrylic it was like water it was way to wet and got all over the place. I also get cat eye polish ever time I go there. This time they put black underneath and I asked why and they said oh this is how it’s done the color will look better and supposedly the black wouldn’t show. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and allow her to get the last coat on. You could see black around all of the edges and in multiple areas so I told her I did not want black underneath my light pink polish I’ve never done black under cat eye and I have liked it every other time. She redid my nails without the black but then did one finger at a time and then would have me place it underneath for 60 seconds and then do the next finger. I had to tell her myself she could paint one hand completely before putting it underneath the lamp. I also paid $13 more than I have ever paid before. I have gone here for the past two years every three weeks. I will never come back to this salon. I hope the owner realizes they made a huge mistake and looks for a new manager and new employees who know what they are doing.

Was really happy with my pedicure and manicure from Lisa. She was very brisk at first but ended up being very sweet. She seems to take pride in her work. I will go back to her.

Been going to this location for about 2 years getting only pedicures
The past owners were wonderfully accommodating, The new staff only seems to care about money and finishing. I am a male so I only felt comfortable in a place like the old owners had. Cheap overpriced and new rude employees will be the ruin of this place. I will look elsewhere you should also
