The best place I have ever been to in my entire life. Very professional. Was able to touch every pressure point and when I was done, I didn’t wanna do anything else. I was so relaxed and satisfied. These people are amazing. Will definitely be back sooner than later

I did a walk in for a massage and decided I would get a gel mani and pedicure afterwards. The massage was too hard, rushed and aggressive. My back is currently sore. I told the female doing my pedicure, I like my toenails box shaped and cut down just a little, she did the complete opposite. The female who did my nails was rushing me and she was all over the place, they left me in the chair to dry, I asked where's the nail drying station, she said they didn't have one. I don't like being rushed or asked for a tip. A tip is optional for consumers and it's earned, I almost felt pressured to leave a tip for mediocre work. One thing I didn't do before going to this establishment and that was check the reviews. This place is full of money hungry, inexperienced workers. I Def won't be returning.

I had an appointment at 6. When I showed up they led me to a chair and had my feet soaked. The lady who did my nails, stopped to answer the phone, collect money for other customers and just a chaotic experience. She was super rough on my nails because she was rushing and leaving and coming back. Then she asked me if I can wait another 5 minutes for my pedicure because another lady was waiting. I said I can wait 5 minutes. It turned out to be 45 minutes and my feet were did not look or felt good in the water and took it off. Finally someone showed up and asked me to put my feet back in. My feet was soaked for so long that when he scrubbed it, he bruised my toe and I had to ask him to be gentle. He also was caking the polish which was a disaster and I had to ask him to redo one of my nails which got messed up when he tried to put my shoes on. AT the end I just wanted to be finished and leave. I paid and came home. my gel nail turned in 2 different color which I noticed when I walked out. There are bubbles on my nails and that is after I kept watching her trying to fix it, but was obviously not succeeding. I went back there a few days later to tell them that I have been there 3 times and not once I had a good experience. I don't want to complain and get my money back, but I like for them to fix their services. They said they will have someone call me back which was 3 days ago.

Best massage spot hands down they didn't miss a beat. If you ever thought about treating yourself to a spa day this is The place To Go. Visit them today before they run out of space.

This establishment is so busy chasing money that they aren’t loyal to their loyal clients.
I started off working with Ivy, which at first was great! Then she started calling a few hours prior to my appointment to reschedule my appointment that I set 2 weeks prior. As a very busy working professional, appointments are a huge necessity in my life.
The last straw with Ivy was when she called to cancel my appointment an hour prior because she forgot about a family party she had to attend. When she decided to keep appointment she did a very rushed job.
Reluctantly, I went with another nail tech at the same place. Mai was nice, talented and efficient but her schedule was always changing.
Lastly, I was pawned off on Kathleen. She wasn’t very friendly but I guess I expected to much? On the surface she did a good job until a day after I got home my nails started to break. A week later, I had 4 out of 10 nails standing strong. I went back to there to get it fixed with no problem.
My last time up there, was a holiday. She called the day before to cancel my appointment or push it back due to being overbooked. When I told her that I make appointments for a reason and that I could not come later she said to come at my normal time and she would be there to help me. Upon arrival, she sits me down to soak my nails off for an hour. It only takes 15 min to soak off sns nails. By the time she got around to me there was no apology, she just started working. The phone would ring and more customers would walk in. She would keep getting up to serve them. Finally I had to make her finish my nails. Still no apology though.
