Cassandra does not answer any phone calls or text messages and when she finally did it was all hours of the night and she was very rude and unprofessional. This was supposed to be a Mother's Day gift off of the groupon app and she has very good ratings but beware.... The ratings are a scam, probably from her friends.

I purchased a Groupon from Casandra and she was so rude I left the salon without using the Groupon. She did not even speak to me when I came in for my services. I texted her about her rude attitude and she actually cussed me out. Do not purchase from her

Very rude and unprofessional! I purchased a Groupon for 3 gel manicures and spa pedicures from Nails by Ca’ Sandra, I went to her website, which there is nothing on it! So I called the number that was provided on Groupon and when I did I received the response “text” so I gave this person the benefit of the doubt that they was most likely busy and didn’t mean to be so brash and unprofessional! I then texted the person my name and the services I wanted and asked for availability and was completely ignored and never answered my text. I texted several times and received no response. I informed the person I would just get a refund from Groupon. That’s when Ca’Sandra decides to text back with a VERY unprofessional response to me, and I had to tell this individual to please not contact me. I have since reported this person to Groupon and I’m urging anyone to beware of buying from this person. Very rude!!

I recently purchased a Groupon for a nail tech named Ca’ssandra. BUYER BEWARE. She does not answer any phone calls or text messages. My mother and I have both been trying to set up an appointment to no avail. It wasn’t until my mother threatened to request a refund that this lady finally answered, but with a horrible negative attitude. I understand if she is busy but that could’ve been relayed the first time we tried to set up an appointment. Not after we got fed up and requested a refund. Regardless, I wouldn’t send my mom to someone with such poor customer service. Looking at Yelp you can see that she does this a lot too. I already contacted Groupon and informed them that she may be a scam. Please do not purchase any Groupons for this lady. Get your nails full price! Cause you get what you pay for , obviously.
