The salon is very beautiful. State of the art check in system. Owner very thoughtful and offered drink and made sure everyone had correct service listed on a ticket and taken care of in the order they came. I recieved the basic pedicure and it was Amazing. It was also relaxing in very nice massage chairs. I am very petite and most chairs do not massage me correctly and are for taller people. The brow wax was rushed and left wax on my face and in my hair and many missed tiny hairs. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

I have been coming here for a couple months now. Amazing service. The pedicures are always wonderful. They do great acrylic nails that last a long time. Very friendly staff and very clean place.

Okay so I personally had several issues with this “Nail Shop” I waited over Two hours to receive service, after finally getting to sit in the chair I had to wait another 1 and 45 Mintues for a regular full set! I finally get to leave and the next day my nails started to break! The job was poorly done, & the acrylic was very thin. I was so upset due to the fact that I had to go out of town for my birthday soon! So I went back and told the owner my concerns, he was very nice and told me to come back and get it re-done. So I come back TWICE and each time I was told to “come back later” due to the “wait”. So finally I come back for the THIRD time and this time I got to sit down. So the lady who dates the owner did not make me feel better at all. She kept snatching my hand, and speaking to her coworkers in different language. I kept telling her what she did wrong and she kept denying and saying it’s “not that bad” while i am in the chair, I decide to read other reviews on Music city Nails Service! And guess what!!? Most of the reviews was about her and how she poorly does nails! Also read that she has “Re-done” nails TWICE and they continued to break! At the point I have already spent $65 on my nails so I asked the owner for a partial refund and they stated that they don’t do refunds! So I asked for a credit for the store and they stated no! I am so upset because I went on the trip with no nails and I basically lost $65 dollars! And they showed no sympathy. I shouldn’t have to come back and fix anything, it’s so messed up!

I am a regular customer that has been coming to Music City Nails for over 10 years. I always bring my young daughter with me and the staff has always been kind and provided excellent service. They go the extra mile to make my nails perfect for whatever event that I’m attending. They also fix my daughters nails so that she won’t feel left out.
On a side note, I have seen a few customers being disrespectful to the nail techs and the owner has asked them to leave. So I would beware of the low scores as a review because it may be a rude customer who decided to trash a reputable businesses score.

Nail polish didn't start at my cuticle but way below them. Nail polish also had ridges not smooth what I am used to. Not very polite. Nail techs never engaged in conversation with us but the themselves. I'm very dissatisfied. The 2 stars are because they have great decor, Respresents Nashville Music City.
