I used a $100 spa week gift card for services the price marked was 55 for a spa pedicure the manager charged me $68 and said the additional charge was in taxes. The women that did the pedicure was decent and did an okay pedicure so i tipped her $10 in cash but I will never go back there. Although i can only use the GIFT CARD THERE, i would rather let the balance go to waste then go back to a place that does bait and switch prices and treats people the way they treated another customer. I witness another manicurist be reuse to another customer while i was there.

My husband took me there for Mother's Day and I returned the favor on Father's Day, with both of us working long hours, Ispa was the best place to relax and enjoy a few hours of absolute comfort.

Ive been here 4 separate times with 2 being for facials. They exceeded my expectation levels each time. Their products and techniques are honest.

Nothing spectacular. We had ok massages. Wouldn't go back.
