I never leave reviews but I just wanted to let everyone know how great this place is. I walked in and the waiting area was so clean and neat and the lady at the desk was really nice. I was waxed by Esther who was very patient and understanding about this being my first wax. She started conversation with me which I’m pretty sure was a tactic to distract me from any pain and discomfort and she was as gentle as possible and did not leave me feeling weird in any way. I have no doubt that the other waxers are as lovely since two other women who had finished their appointments around the time I was there spoke about how amazing their experience was when asked by the lady behind the desk. Will 100% be back.

I went to the Avenue U location in Brooklyn, New York. I was seen by Erynn. Her service was timely and she made me feel very comfortable. She thoroughly explained the process even as a returning customer. Conversation was light and enjoyable. I would highly recommend her service. Great conversation, very friendly, extremely professional, and great customer service!

I got a Brazilian done by Shireen. It was my first time so it was painful, but she talked me through it and explained the process thoroughly. The after results were great! Looking forward to seeing her in 4 weeks!

Clean and efficient. No wait time. Make sure you're on time. The associates are also nice and friendly. A bit on the expensive side.
