I have been going here for more than a year and always have a good experience. Nina is the best, Helen is great too. I think everyone there is friendly and welcoming, I don't expect my nail tech to carry on a long conversation with me, in fact I enjoy withdrawing into my own thoughts, but I've always had the right amount of friendly talk with Nina and Helen when I go in. Most importantly, my nails look great.

I give Magic Nails 5 stars IF you see Joy, or Emery. Granted, I have not had every tech in this nail salon, but I learned quick to request Joy or Emery. These ladies are the only techs I have walked away happy with. They always take their time and do a wonderful job!!!

Terrible place. Have tried it a few times. Every time leave angry with the results! Staff are rude constantly talking to each other and seem uninterested in doing your nails. They took off my SNS charged me $25. When my final credit card bill was submitted gave themselves a $2.50 tip which I never gave! I gave a cash tip. I never tip odd numbers so I know they just added it in. So I paid $29.50 to remove polish! Went somewhere else to get them redone. Awful place!!!

Very unprofessional. The lady only took 10 minutes on my nails. The other lady that was working on my best friends nails, had the hardest time doing her job. She got angry at us because she couldn’t find the colors that we wanted. I had to help her find the colors that we were looking for. They were just worried about getting one customer in then getting them out. They didn’t take time on my nails. Very sloppy job, she got nail polish on my skin and she barely painted the side of my nails. When I kindly gave them feedback, they gave me a cold shoulder made me pay $62 and had me leave. I highly don’t recommend this place, unless you’re in a hurry.
