Alex is the best hairdresser on the planet. Male or female I suggest his specialty Brazilian blow out. Now originally we came here for my wife as I am not super concerned with my looks. But after seeing what he was able to do with her I asked if he could pull off a John Wick Style with me and he knocked it out of the park.

So I hadn’t had a Brazilian blowout for two years and was excited to find Alexandre Silva on Instagram. I was going to get just the Brazilian blowout, but Alex suggested blond highlights, which I agreed to. My natural hair is black, thin and medium length. After a discussion we agreed to do both procedures in the same day.
For just the highlights I paid $166 and then I returned two hours later to finish with the blowout and paid an additional $200. In the end, I spent a total of $366 dollars. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any positive feedback about the color. And after the first wash the baby hair in front was curly again. Basically the blowout didn’t straighten my “baby hair”. Plus I wasn’t happy with the color.
I decided to contact Alex to ask how much to modify the color and straighten the baby roots in the front. He offered to straighten the front portion again for free, but would charge me an additional $50 dollars to fix the color.
Alex is a nice person, but after paying 366 dollars, I was disappointed to discover my hair was going to cost me over $400 dollars! I decided not to return to Alex. Instead I found a stylist to fix my hair for $40 dollars.
