I have been going to Expo for six years and they never once have been anything but excellent. Tony at the front desk is always very accommodating and all the the staff is lovely. They have the biggest selection of colors I have ever seen. Give them a try!

Got a gel manicure here because of the convenience of the location that day. Will never again. My gel manicure began to peel within a couple of days. I have never had this happen before and have gotten gel manicures for years. I told the owner and there was no apology only a "don't worry, it's just nails." He did say they would fix it and I made an appointment to do so. Show up to my appointment and am waiting, waiting, waiting. Finally I just ask the owner to do it himself as he was just sitting at the desk. He does and then i'm out of time to get it put back on. I come back again to get it put back on and then- it peels the next day! Yes, it is just nails as the owner continuously pointed out, but it is also time and money which I do not like to waste. Will not go here ever again no matter how convenient it is. Go to bee nails on bee ridge instead and see Tina!

So I was was there for a $25 pedicure and was talked into a $50 pedicure. I left with an unbelievable open abrasion ripped across the back of my heal when the worker missed my heal and cut into my flesh while attempting to pumice my heal. Coupled with the injury across the cuticle of my pinky toe. Not to mention the worst nail polish I’ve ever had. When I tried to return multiple times to speak to a manager I was told he was on vacation. Even when I specifically inquired when he would be in he was not there when I returned. He then called me and said he would credit my credit card but only if I returned for the third time with my receipt and then he said he would have to “send” it in to be credited and would explain why it would not be credited at the place of business. I was left with no alternative but to dispute the charge on my credit card but even then their response was that I had received the services promised. So now I have been advised by my credit card company that I will have to submit pictures and yet another narrative in order for the case to continue which I will do in an effort to make them aware that they simply cannot ignore their responsibility.

Very awesome and clean place. Laura did my gel nails and she did such an awesome job! Whenever I come in town Im coming to see her lol it's nice to find a good place with great service. Thanks Laura!

My friend made a 1:30 appointment for us. We went in and started picking out polishes and then informed that they didnt have time for us. There was another couple of ladies that came in after us and they received service before us. Will never be going back to this place.
