I had a fine experience here. First time customer. Called late on Saturday afternoon and got an early appointment Sunday morning for a pedicure. I don't understand the reviews that assert that the staff isn't anything but customer-friendly. I thought they were great. There are several tv screens with closed-cationed movies playing. Made the time go by very quickly. This is not a spa experience; it just is what its name says: sparkly nails. It will be my new go-to place.
