Really 4.5⭐! Everyone who's done my gel nails and pedicure has been professional and excellent. My nails last over 2 weeks. The massage chairs are newish and powerful. The staff offer water. Some try to converse; some not. I have Google Translate on my phone just in case.

I love this nail salon and consider it the best in Greensboro. Hai is the only one that I will let work on my nails. His attention and care is top notch.

Absolutely the BEST mani/pedi I have had anywhere in the country. Very friendly staff and they are meticulous with their work. Will definitely be going back.

I was really hoping to have a similar experience from what I read in the reviews. I arrived at 5:45 and left at 7:30. They close at 7 o’clock. The lady who is doing my nails kept taking FaceTime calls and was watching TV instead of giving me a proper pedicure. When we finally moved my manicure she nicked so much of my cuticle I had to pull my hand back twice. As my nails were drying I noticed little bubbles were forming under my polish. The lady who did my nails left before I noticed so someone else removed the polish and redid it. I gave it a two star rating instead of one because my manicure eventually turned out great.
Update: Regular manicure and pedicure almost lasted two weeks... I'm impressed.
