I was looking for a new place to bring my daughter to get a very basic manicure. She's 4 and it's just something fun we like to do together every so often. I came in and asked the man how much it would be for her and he very rudely said "I won't do her nails, she moves." So I just kinda looked at him, I was taken back... Who says that to a customer when they first walk in?? I didn't even get a hello, what can I do for you? ... And he tried to explain to me how much kids move and he won't touch her. So I explained "no, she gets this done all the time, she actually does really good" and he said "fine I do it as long as she's still." Honestly, the only reason I didn't walk out right then was because my daughter was looking forward to it. My daughter sat beautifully, the only time she moved was when she had to itch her nose twice. He didn't engage with her, try and talk to her, make it fun in any way. In fact, my daughter was scared to do anything because he'd go "psst, ehhh" like she was a freaking dog.
You, Sir, would've had a good customer. I live off tips buddy, and you would've been compensated very well. But your rudeness and lack of sensitivity or professionalism lost you that. Never, ever again.

Great place. He and his wife Linda actually talk to you. Cheap gel nails and they last! Also, bomb eyebrows done by Linda. I won't go anywhere else.

They do crapy nails. I wouldn't take my dog to them

My experience at Kenny's nails is above all nail places I have ever gone.Kenny will work on your toenails like no one else. I drive from Sumterville to Zephyrhills because to me they are the best.Good people also.

I went in, he was very very friendly. We talked and laughed, but I don't think he knew what he was doing to my nails.
While he was doing my nails he cut my fingers.
I asked for a white polish and he barely put a coat on.
I won't be going back.
