I ended up visiting this nail salon on a Sunday since it was one of the only ones in the area that was open that day and I really needed my nails done. I got a pedicure and full set acrylic on my nails with gel polish.
The pedicure came out perfect, no complaints. My nails, though, took FOREVER. I have never had acrylic take this long. The shape is also not what I asked for. I asked for an almond shape and even showed a photo, but the shape is off from what I asked for. The polish was also done really sloppily. I would think that for the amount of time my nails took, they would look amazing. They just looked really sloppy though.
All of the employees were extremely kind, though. I appreciate how nice everyone was, which is rare for nail salons in this area. My other issue is that they won't take tips on a card. I understand some places don't accept it, but you would think they'd make an exception for a first-time customer. There is no ATM in the plaza, so you have to go to Stop & Shop to take out cash for a tip if you don't have any. They asked me to do that, but I ended up just leaving. It was pouring outside and I was running late from being there for hours - you guys should probably accept tips on a card for first time customers or have an ATM in the plaza.

I've been here several times and have never been dissatisfied. Everyone is at the very least polite to me, if not totally friendly. I am a return customer for a reason. I've gotten pedicures and acrylic tips with gel polish done. Lots of color selections and multiple choices for the styles and products used. Could not recommend them more!

Very rude, had an appointment coming and tried to rush through my nails and made me feel like I wasn’t even worth the time. Sitting here now while my nails dry...his appointment is here and they’re having a lovely conversation...treat ALL paying customers the same.
Also lied about knowing how to do a design because my friend came here and got it before but I guess he didn’t wanna waste his time

I have been here three times in the last three months and I love it ! Navi is a wonderful nail tech. My nails always look great and last three to four weeks with dip.

Loved the place, clean and looks very professional.. The ladies were nice and friendly. Had high hopes for them but, way too expensive and my nails are uneven, crooked and one of them broke in a couple of days. Not going back.
