This was my first time at this salon since I'm from out of town. Mary did my nails and she did a wonderful job and took her time. I will come back the next time I'm in the area!

First time at Gateway. The place was beautiful & relaxing. I had a mani & pedi it was reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly & professional. I will definitely be coming back.

I had a good experience! I called in the evening for a gel manicure and was given an appointment within the hour. The place is clean, bright and cheery. My manicurist was very nice and patient since I couldn't decide on a color.I could overhear the staff's interactions with other patrons and they were nothing but courteous and friendly.

Clean place and friendly staff. Nice decor, comfortable chairs, and no bad odor. Got a pedicure and it was super relaxing. Was also offered a massage while drying. Will definitely be coming back!

I have had good service and bad. It's hit or miss. If they are crowded they rush and do a crappy job. Also, do not get the powder dip. They have no clue what they are doing.
