I went in to get a mani/pedi and was profiled. In the middle of my manicure, I was checking my bank accounts as I do multiple times a day to look at my posted transactions and before my nails were even painted I was asked to pay for my services. Even though people before were not asked to pay until after their services were complete. I felt offended as if I don’t have the money to pay…I WILL NOT RETURN

I came in looking to get poly gel. I was told they are able to do poly gel. it turns out they don't do poly gel. I said "okay that's fine, I'll settle for acrylic." I asked for square nails. My right hand was fine, but the left hand, one side of the nail was straight, and the other side was curved. I asked for it to be fixed. A couple of nails were fixed while the others were not. I asked for regular nail polish (b/c when I get home, I'm going to fix the shaping even replace the color). The nail tech got polish on my cuticles, and the sides of some of my nails are missing polish. And the whole time, she chopped up my cuticles with the drill. It hasn't even been 5 mins of leaving the salon, and the polish is chipping. I wish I had looked at the reviews before arriving.

Worst experience ever. They made my nails bleed 3 times. Lousy work and I’ll never go back again

I'm very cautious with nail salons but Lin is my go to person and she is amazing. Very reasonable, fast and friendly. Every appointment I make is on time, unlike other places that have you wait.

My boyfriend (an older gentleman who likes to spend money) and I walked in. There were only 2 people in the shop and they told us that they were very busy, that they didn't have anything available. I think that they just didn't want our business but that's OK there are hundreds Of other competing nail salons in Houston. They didn't ask us what we needed. Or welcome us. They quickly said that they were too busy. In the middle of the day.
