This is a real review, btw. These ppl will ruin your hair and charge you 300 dollars to do it. I asked to remove a slight blue shade, they failed to and it was unnecessary since it was covered by the new color anyway. I asked for a natural blond color, she dyed it dark brown/copper. I asked for a cute pixie cut, it got a butchered mess. When I asked for a refund they refused to give it to me and somehow wanted me to trust the SAME hair dresser to fix it. Btw, it took FOUR HOUR to ruin my hair. And she was pulling my hair so hard my scalp and neck were sore the next day. I've never had such a messed up cut/color. This is the Worst treatment I've ever gotten. And the fact that they cant have Some Integrity and return my money when I asked, means that I'm never going back and I want everyone that will listen what happened to me and to avoid this place at all costs. It's not the first time they have messed up a cut but this will be the last.

Everyone is wonderful. They work hard to make sure you feel AMAZING before you leave. Carolyn is my favorite Aesthetician. I was so self conscious about my eczema on my face, I couldn't leave the house without a ton of cosmetics. After seeing Carolyn every month and following the skin regimen she suggested I can confidently leave the house completely bare faced. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I brought my daughter here not knowing what to expect. In the past I had heard from a few of my friends that L&L is too pricey but the experience was worth it! My daughter loved Ashley because she was nice and she did a great job cutting her hair. Will be back@

Highly recommend that you DO NOT purchase any products from here. EXTREMELY unclear on their return policy. Now I'm out $40 on an overpriced tool that's $20 everywhere else. You'd think as a VERY loyal customer of almost 5 years and spending thousands of dollars here on services and product I'd be shown more respect, instead of them being so condescending and insulting me. Only reason I'll be returning is because of how much I enjoy my stylist, but I will be buying products elsewhere.
