Giving two stars bc my nails came out great, but the lady who did my nails I believe her name was leslie, she was so rude. (she kept yelling at me to move my hands certain ways, to “look away” and giving me a death stare) also def overcharged me and rushed throughout the whole process.

I have no idea where to start! This place use to be good but I don't know what happened, I went in for black coffin shaped nails with dip powder, and I didn't get that, what I got was bleeding fingers, ripped skin, red nail beds, over filed nails, cuticles damaged, and the nails themselves were horrible to the point you could see the dust they never wiped off under the clear top coat, file lines in the nails, and not coffin shape at all, so I called to ask if anything can be done and Cindy answers and tells me to come back and she'll make me happy, well the next day (Tuesday) I show up and they are closed, so I call the next day (Wednesday) and its a COMPLETELY different story, now Cindy is too busy to fix my nails and they refuse to remove the nails, even after explaining how badly my fingers hurt because of these nails, REFUSES TO REFUND but offers MY MOTHER MY $50 IN A CERTIFICATE who wasn't there and didn't pay for the service, So long story short I went to another salon and they removed the set and gave me a new set and even discounted it after seeing HOW DIAMOND NAIL BAR NEARLY GAVE ME AN INFECTION. Tried looking them up with BBB to file a complaint but can't find them listed.

I did not have a good experience. The nail person did say they just opened but overall I did not enjoy my mani/pedi. :-(

I finally found my nail tech Cindy is amazing and takes pride in her job. I’ve never had a bad service with her. I wear liquid gel and love them. Bonnie at the front desk makes you feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place.

My skin is cut on 8 of my ten fingers. Top coat over powder is regular polish instead of gel. Was told I was dry and to wash hands. Definitely not dry and now have a splotchy top coat with cut skin. I wish I could post pictures.
