I've been getting my nails done at Lily Nails for approximately a year now by Mrs. Marie. She is so awesome and she treats me great. She's always happy to see me, as well as I'm happy to see her. The environment is pleasant and clean. The other two young ladies are friendly too. I enjoy getting my Mani -Pedi done there.

Second time, second disappointment. Super sloppy work, usually technicians massage your feet as they are giving you a pedicure: not here! By the next week I had 5 ingrown nails! Half of the toes!!!! And my partner, who also had a pedicure with me this last time: also ended up with ingrown nails! Plus, if you have calluses and the bottom of your feet have dry and rough areas: you’ll leave with them because they don’t even bother scraping/shaving (I don’t know the appropriate term) it. Don’t expect to leave with smooth feet. We walked in and asked about the Groupon we had just seen in the app and one of the ladies said we could use it, as we are buying it online: another of the ladies comes to us and says that we couldn’t use it that day because it was a holiday (Easter) but the Groupon said nothing about not being able to be used on Holidays.

AVOID THIS PLACE! We had an appointment at 5 and ended up sitting in a tub for 40 minutes only to be told that they wouldn't accept our Groupon on Friday however that policy is listed nowhere in the fine print of the Groupon. Instead of trying to work it out with us they started blaming Groupon and told us we would have to pay full price. We opted to get up and leave. As we were walking out several other girls mid-manicure had overhead us and also had Groupons were told the same thing as us. Horrible customer service.

0 stars for this place. What a terrible experience. They were nice and friendly when I visited. But I visited just before going on a trip and all was not well. My hands peeled for weeks, it was awful.

Horrible experience. Will never go back and would not recommend. First the employees were yelling at each other the entire time, so much for a relaxing manicure. Second the technician was annoyed Becuase I couldn’t find a color I liked. There was no “pampering” to say the least. She didn’t even use a hot towel to clean my hands off when she finished rubbing lotion on my hands she goes ok you can leave. Then as I was handing her my voucher she goes oh there will be a $10 charge Becuase we had to remove your no chip. I’ve NEVER been told that and if that is the case why didn’t she say it when it sat down. They were all arguing and telling me it comes out of their money if I don’t pay them an extra $10. I said it doesn’t say that in the voucher. Stay away, there are way more professional and certainly more peaceful nail salons down Roscoe street.
