I was so very disappointed with the service there. I'd had plans for weeks to start service with them and my experience there was the worst I'd ever experienced. I noticed that they knew there regular customers, however, they wasn't very friendly with the regulars either. The tech let one feet sit in the water seriously for a minute and a half. It had been since November since I had a pedi and now it's February and I wanted to soak a bit. So at that point I knew I wasn't going to like the service. I didn't say anything. I told her I wanted tips on my big toe, she stated the process of the pedi, so I asked her if she was going to put the tips on before she started, I only asked because I didn't know the process of it. She began to speak to a man in their language, so I explained to him I was just asking a question. Nicely. She put the tips on and cut them, well they were uneven, and I explained to her I wanted them even, she speaks their language to the man again, she says something back to her in their language, she gets up in the middle of my pedi and start on another customer. I asked her, so you're going to stop in the middle of working on me because I told you I wanted my toe nails even. I was so upset. I almost walked out. They did not say anything to her. I felt like they could have at least apologized to me for her behavior. I wasn't mean to her, I just wanted the services I was paying for. The lady eventually finished my feet. I wanted my nails done, well she never started the process because I had to wait until she threaded ppl eyebrows that came in after me and not to mention I told them all several times I was on a time schedule. Well I finally decided to leave w/o getting my nails done. Then I walk out to the car and realize the polish on my toe nails was smeared. The lady fixed but I was so mad. I will never go back to jades and I will tell the world about my experience there. POOR, POOR, POOR service.

They r great,they keep my nails and eye brows looking good!
