$20 to add Gel on top of my full set. I didn't go for it because most places only charge $5. But overall, my nails turned out beautiful and well shaped. Got them done by a guy there who was very nice and let me know what was going on throughout the whole service. Very beautiful salon as well.

would not come back here.. paid almost $60 for a FILL and my shellac is already peeling and it hasn’t even been 2 weeks yet. called to ask if they would be willing to fix it but they seems uncooperative. also in response to that comment i would definitely never come back. it was still $45 without the nail art which is pretty over priced when u could get one for $20. the lady that did my nails was sweet but whoever has communicated with me from this point forward has been nothing but rude. might wanna work on your customer service!!

Had an appointment at 5:45. Arrived on time, waited a little while, picked out nail color and sat down in the pedicure chair at about 5:50. Maybe even a little later than that. Wasn’t ever asked what type of pedicure we wanted. There was no scrub, hot wax, etc. and the effort was minimal. The pedicure was done at 6:09, to our surprise. When asked about it, we were told we had to have an appointment for a longer one (had an appointment) and were told that it was a half hour (not a half hour). Wish we still had our $60 and stayed home.
* I’m not complaining about the appointment not starting right at 5:45. I’m just pointing out that it only lasted maybe 19 minutes at best and was lacking any effort.
Go to Serenity Salon on Commercial - top notch and great staff!

I had an appointment . I was in there today. Around 3:30pm, moderately busy and I was just there to get a pedicure. As I walked in through the doors, I quickly got told to sit and wait. No big deal, mom and I picked a color. Peticure was okay. I wasn’t asked what type of peticure I wanted but also not big deal, it was short but okay not memorable but not terrible. Mid way I asked if they had time and space for a mani cure, the lady said yes. So I decided to go for it. The manicure was done at like 4:30 i waited until 5 to leave but still careful with the manicure. I placed them in the fan but unfortunately two got ruined, so my fiancé took me back to get them fixed. I wasn’t mad, I didn’t want anything for free or my money back, all I wanted was to get them fixed.
I walked in trying to talk to the lady that did my nails and wanted to explain that I waited and was being careful but two got ruined if she could fix them. Before the lady could answer The girl next to her responded sarcastically you should have waited longer and as I tried to explain that I knew that and that I did wait, the girl started to become more rude and loud at me.
All I was trying to do was explain and be kind to them. she made me cry because of how rude and demeaning she was being when I wasn’t being rude, I wasn’t asking them to do it for free and I wasn’t mad at anyone. When I talked to the lady about how rude the girl was being all she did was laugh at me.

I had to get the nails fixed so I did. I got them done at 6pm and left at 7pm (got kicked out at 7). Now being 9:30 the nails that did not mess up and have been done since 4:30pm are still wet and at least 3 have wrinkled. AND with the fan they placed me under the rest of the nails have a bunch of small air bubbles.
I wish the other staff, such as the lovely man that helped my mom could be at another establishment, he was amazing.
I cannot say the same for the two other people that helped me.
I do not recommend. Complete waste of my money and time.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON! Such a great salon! So happy with the experience and my nails are flawless!!! And the prices are beyond worth the work they do! #BoozeCruise
