Can only schedule appointments for mani pedi no acrylic. Andy is the best but he's the only consistent tech. I tried their other acrylic guy twice and it was terribly uneven both times. Prior reviews are right, Kim is very nice but I believe that in such a high traffic area, they need more experienced and happy techs.... Love Andy and have for years but can't keep waiting 45min - 2 hours. Business is going downhill.

Do not spend your money with these rude, inexperienced nail techs at Br nails. This is my first time ever writing a review, but my experience at BR nails HAD to be shared. Never have I ever walked into a nail salon and not adleast been greated by adleast 1 of their staff. Both artist who I spoke to were so rude and nasty. This is the second time I walked into BR nails and not gotten greeted by ANY of their inexperienced staff. Not one hello, what can I do for you. It's like they didn't want to do my nails at all. Maybe thinking I would not tip smh. And, how does Only 1 nail tech do acrylics??. 🙄 I told him several times I only needed a polish change and he made the dumbest face and told me it would be 45 adleast minutes. Crazy thing is, I came in for a polish change on the same 2 nails a week before and the woman who "only did arylic" painted the nails so wrong and wrinkly. When I mentioned it, although she clearly saw it was pained terribly, she blamed me and how I was holding my hands haha. Just very passive aggressive and unprofessional! And it front of other customers. The polish that was supposed to be a "repair" was NOT gel at all. I was still charged $11. The man and woman who alternate the front left desk are RUDE. Worst experience ever!

Took one of my patients in, short wait. 3 hours later ... She was left in a chair for 1 hour. They need more techs, or make an appt.

I have been coming here forever. I LOVE the staff! They do the BEST! Last week I ran into a "competitor's salon" because it was near my office & I thought it would be great to get done nearby. MISTAKE! I will not do that again & so GRATEFUL for BR Nails... TRUST ME... WORTH THE WAIT. (Yes, you may have to wait... especially if you did not make an appt. but going to a clean safe place that is reasonable in price & does a beautiful job... worth it).

They give the best service just 1 time i had to tell this younger man i didnt want him doing my feet he was rough but other then that it is perfect
