I've been here a few times. Typically happy with the service .A few weeks ago an older gentleman did my pedi. The leg massage lasted waaay to long and he kept saying something to another gentleman working there and laughing. Very creepy and my feet were still rough when he finished. Then he turned me over to another girl to apply polish and she did a terrible job. I had to apply another coat when I got home. I won't go back. It was uncomfortable and a poor job.

Worst experience ever. My pointer finger’s nail on my right hand was made crooked. I can’t unsee it now and it drives me insane.
Also, my sister payed for my nails $30/$40 for gel and they gave me acrylic for the price of gel and didn’t refund it.

You'll sit there waiting until the next appointment walks through the door!!! Go elsewhere

I went last year and the woman who did my nails told me that the design I wanted was "stupid." She also glued the nails crooked which I had friends ask me if I broke two of my fingers it was so bad. This year, I decided I'd give it another go. While making the appointment by phone, one woman was extremely rude. When I went in, I said I had wanted a full set. She had me down for a regular manicure. When I clarified with the person, a different person than the original woman, that I wanted a full set, the woman overheard me and rushed over. She told me "I asked you and you said it wrong. " and then continued to mock me and I offered to simply pay for the manicure and leave and she said "no you're just goin to have to wait now since you messed up." I am polite and I never raised my voice or got an attitude. I can promise you I will NEVER go back. Worst experience I have ever had while paying for services of any kind.
