They returned my car to me with dirt all over it. When I asked them to clean it more, they rubbed a spot with a dry cloth and shook their heads. They insisted I needed to spend more money and get the wax service. I licked my finger and wiped off a spot. I said "saliva can do it; I don't need wax." Driving off in a dirty car an hour later. Thanks for nothing.

Best detail in this area. Appears to be family run by the same folks, and for a long time. Have taken several of our vehicles to them and all have come away looking sharp for a reasonable price. Only gripe is that I wish they would use/offer the low-gloss/matte professional type dash conditioner (armor-all). They use the old style 'greasy' one and that casts glare on windshields.

I went to executive yesterday and paid $100 for interior detail. When I got my car back the fabric on my door was torn off and hanging. I went inside to get the manager and he went and got one of his guys to fix it. The employee told me his friend did it and had the suction on the vaccuum turned up too high and it ripped it off. He gave it back and said he glued it. It had glue in the fabric, rippled, and did not even tuck the top back. The manager didn't even come back out to check if it was okay so I left and will be going to my own body guy to fix it. I hope they will reimburse me once it is fixed properly but I will not be goinf back. There was no apology, no concern really, and no one even said anything when it was messed up in the first place! I paid $100 for my car to be messed up and then for me to now have to go fix my car.
