My first time here, my sister told me about this place so we went together for a sister day! I am now hooked because the prices are not outrageous! Love the atmosphere and quick service! We didn't even have an appointment; on top of that they made sure that we were together to socialize as well. You have to go, and you won't be disappointed. I just got a regular manicure and pedicure because I work with children and I try to make sure that my nails are short so that I won't scratch my little ones.

Terrible execution. Got a full set (gel) and within a week they began popping off + the lay was super thick and bulky - luckily I was able to go to the new posh nails to get them fixed and filed down. I also discovered that I only received acrylic with gel polish despite top nails charging me for gel powder + polish . Definitely will not return to this place .

This place has horrible customer service. I got strip lashes, eyebrow wax, and a polish change. I was happy with all my services except the lashes. They were installed incorrectly and there was a clear difference. I requested a refund and the “technician” argued with me telling me I touched it and trying to convince me that their was nothing wrong with my lashes. I took a pic and she took one and on both pics you could see a clear difference. After still requesting a refund she told me to take the lashes off. I didn’t want them @ all but I could not take them off. It hurt and felt like my real lashes were going to come off. I just left and told them to keep the $15...and on top of this they added a $2 tip that I didn’t authorize but noticed on my recent transactions that the price was $2 more.
