Horrible customer service!!! I came up here to get my nail fixed, one nail. First off I wasn’t greeted when I came in, got a funny stare. I don’t know if it’s because I’m black or what but the male technician was very cold and rude as ever!! Told me he would not fix my nail and to go back to where I get them done which is Cathy’s and they are the best!! Cathy’s have great customer service and they always do my nails and eyebrows perfectly!!! DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!! They will just look at you with no conversation as they’re doing your nails and roll their eyes around... NEVER AGAIN!!!

I luv the way they do my nails. A very nice place and friendly staff. I'll recommend everyone to at least give Studio Nails a try. You will not Be disappointed.

I have gone to studio nails since freshman year of high school. I am a sophomore in college. Since then I have had to wait over thirty minutes maybe once or twice during prom season. Tommy will talk to you the whole time and he will remember you for the next time and he will joke around with you. It’s a great atmosphere. The most comfortable nail place I have been too. The only reason it feels busy is because there are only 3 technicians. Other places have like 15. They definitely have a low quantity of workers but the three of them treat you right every time and make up for the quantity with QUALITY.

Great place, just very busy. Be prepared to wait an hour or more on certain days.

Maybe just my luck that I had their worst nail tech work on me for my first time visit but overall I think I had the worst pedicure of my life. The nails tech barely did anything. Maybe I just had high expectation for being from California but that doesn’t justify my bad experience here, I’ve been to smaller towns and they did a better job.
